If you have been paying attention to the news lately, then you may have heard about CISPA – another one of these nefarious internet strangling bills that the ding dongs on capitol hill want to put into action to “PROTECT” us from the big bad boogity woogity internet. Yeah, bullshit! The Cyber Intelligence Sharing and Protection Act, or CISPA, serves to allow the government and businesses to monitor and snoop in on YOUR conversations (basically, ANY CONVERSATION), gather your personal information, and share it within proprietary databases.

Basically, this steaming pile of crap bill will give the government the power to scan your internet activity and monitor what you do – IF, you are “deemed” a threat based upon those remarks you made about The President, our government, congress, TSA, or any government related office. Guess that means alot of us will be on the top of the list…oh, well. While this blog serves no political agenda, it is important that our community be up to date on the bullshit that congress tries to push through the halls and place into law. We can’t sleep on this side of OUR BUSINESS! We make our living on the internet. We shouldn’t allow our elected officials, no matter what side of the aisle you are on, to participate in controlling legislation such as this – This is an outrage.

Today, it’s laws put in place to monitor “social dissidents” that don’t like government. Tomorrow, it’s laws put in place to monitor what domain names you buy, and determining if your business is a “safe” business for the internet. Open up your eyes grinders!
