Ready To Turn Your Business Into A Multi-Million Dollar Cash Machine – Advanced Lead Gen Technique

Ready for your weekend homework? As a kid I always hated the word “homework” on Friday afternoon. That would normally mean my Sunday afternoon/evening would be a complete bore doing busy work to somewhat satisfy the teacher’s own sick mindset to torture children (ok that’s a little over the top but kinda how I felt). Anyways today I do want to leave you all with something to think about over the weekend that has personally allowed me to create a multi-million dollar lead generation business.

If you’ve been a reader of the IMGrind Blog, a member of the IMGrind Community, or an attendee at our last Grind Session in New York City, you are familiar with lead generation arbitrage and how the basic process works. Well today I want to get a little more advanced (don’t worry that’s why we have the Community) and “put everything together” that Ruck and I have taught over the last three months.

Two week’s ago we introduced our Micro Mastery product. This is where we teach the process of setting up your own micro continuity product that allows you to enter virtually any niche with your own content and bill individual subscribers on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis (price points are all up to your own market research). Many people have began to ask “what’s the best way to get cheap traffic.” Without a doubt one of the easiest routes to take is to incorporate your product with your existing lead generation arbitrage conversion funnels. Rather than just sending visitors to CPA offers and taking a small cut – why not build your own subscription base and bill people for months on end? It’s time to get real now and start thinking about the lifetime value of a consumer.

Check out this info graphic I’ve put together (click to enlarge):

Give it a good look but don’t let it overwhelm you… This process is very simple but at the same time VERY powerful. It can literately catapult your business into the multi-million dollar range (like it has mine) if you apply it correctly. OK finished looking? Let’s discuss…

First and foremost your most IMPORTANT part to your conversion funnel is pre-selling the visitor to get them INTERESTED in your product/service. If the visitor doesn’t make it past page one there is absolutely no chance you can further monetize them. Sure, you could possibly hit them with an exit pop for some “added revenue” but that’s not going to be a long term strategy and it’s not going to contain your highest quality leads. This is why you’ll notice a “pre-sell” landing page added into the above graphic. You MAY be able to get away going directly to the squeeze page but the only way to know for sure is to test with your traffic.

This pre-sell landing page is a good point to begin engaging your audience. I’ve talked about this on the blog before where I gave an example using a “survey type” technique. Some audiences may not be willing to give you their personal information (name/email address) right off the bat. They need a little “nudge” to let them know why they should give you this information. Another approach to the pre-sell could be a long sales page where you display testimonials, videos, screenshots, or any proof that will make the visitor more willing to submit their information (remember if they don’t get past this step they’re a lost cause and a waste of money; especially if you’re buying your traffic).

Moving on to the squeeze page, this is something that should definitely be multi-variant and split tested over-and-over again. There is always room to increase your optin rate. Don’t ever settle – test, test, test, and test so more as even 1% could potentially have a big impact on your overall bottom-line. Some things you can use to test are GEO location scripts (to make the city/state personalized), countdown timers, flashing graphics, or anything to create a sense or exclusiveness or urgency (people love to feel special).

You can then begin incorporating your own micro continuity programs starting with the front-end offer wall. You can also use CPA offers on the front-end to begin generating some instant revenues (especially if you haven’t yet fully optimized your micro continuity program). Once you opt’d the user into your offer and send them your confirmation email, you can then also pitch your micro continuity program (along with CPA offers) on the back end. Present them on offer walls as well as your email followups.

Important thing to remember here (which is kinda a no brainer) is your micro continuity program must appeal to the same demographic/niche or you’ll get your head kicked in pretty quick. Notice in the graphic I also include a “welcome email.” This is where you let the visitor know exactly what they should be expecting from your emails. Don’t just think because you have them double opted in that they’re going to magically convert to every single offer you pitch at them. Include some solid information in your emails and don’t always be so strong on the pitch. Careless and deceptive marketers (the shit of our industry) have already taken advantage of people so you need to get outside of the box, be creative, and enhance their overall experience.

I’ve laid a lot out there so I’m going to leave it at this for today. I’ll do a followup blog in the coming day where I provide an example niche of how you could go about this entire process. If you haven’t already picked up a copy of Micro Mastery I suggest doing this as this will go into full detail about how you can get your own program up and going in 48 hours or less. Obviously the IMGrind Community is also an excellent resource to have at your disposal as you’re able to interact with me, Ruck, and countless other Internet Marketing veterans with experience in many different areas.

So there’s your homework for the weekend. Get those thinking caps put on tight, warm your fingers up, and pickup a case of Red Bull – it’s going to be a long weekend.  If you don’t jump on it, I’m sure there are 100 others that will get started right now.  It all comes down to how hungry you are and how bad you want it.  I’ve laid out a lot of the planning, so get to work!

    Love the funnel…

Now my mind is turning as to what content will go within each bubble, and what programs can be promoted following this framework and system of managing the lead through the process.

What niches have you successfully used this funnel in Ryan?

My biggest challenge has always been…manipulating these three variables below in a way that yields the highest payout with the lowest cost invested in buying the traffic.

    1) Effective sources of traffic to buy.

    2) What to say on the pages and in the content knowing where the visitors are coming from, and leveraging their (frame of mind) when they are exposed to the pages/emails.

    3) How to effectively leverage and position the offers after you get the e-mail address and/or take them through specific parts of the process.

I look forward to your reply Ryan.

    Hey Jay,

Adwords, adCenter, and other PPC platforms are by far the easiest ways to generate traffic to these offers. Now, we're not Google, so we can't tell you if they will or won't ban you. However, we can say that Google likes websites that enhances the users experience and adds value to their browsing experience. We have many websites running live right now on these PPC platforms but we've taken the time to build them out properly PPV is also an excellent source as long as you're able to get 1) cheap clicks (views) and 2) a higher optin rate. I have a few graphics inside the forum of how I build out my quality websites! Good luck dude!

Hey Ryan I bought micromastery course. I had a question. Ruck talks about the fish niche. what would be the best way to get paid traffic for this niche. Can I USE ADWORDS without getting banned. Is ppv a good source too? you dont have to post this on the blog. I just was not of other ways to contact you.

Thanks man! You're exactly right. The number of people who read this post compared to the number that will actually implement it is down right sad…
