Making Bank With The Superbowl

It’s 9 days and counting until the one and only Super Bowl 46 and whether or not your team has made it to the top probably has little to do with the fact that Sunday, February 5th, you will be glued to the biggest and brightest TV amongst your circle of friends or braving it at a bar with 500 of your closest football buddies. As for me, I’ll be capitalizing one of the easiest events of the year for online marketers. Yes, people get nutty around Superbowl time, and the time is now to start firing up those campaigns!

You can bet the Social Media chatter on Facebook, Twitter and other sites will likely start to explode this weekend and coming week. What better place to fire up some campaigns that are targeting team names, player names and even superbowl quotes? What’s even better is that Compete handed out some nice referring urls to include in some PPV campaigns:
