Infographics – yep, it’s a love affair. Nothing does a better job of demonstrating key information than infographics. Today, the IMGrind Radar “RUCK” zeroed in on a great piece surrounding the app economy. Apps – everyone wants to make one because you can make so much damn money (the odds are stacked against you, but if you can break through – HOLY COW).

IMO apps that are reasonably priced, within the .99 – 2.99 range, hover around the impulse buy territory, similar to buying some bubblegum out of a machine. This is one reason why the app economy thrives, and why developers with successful apps have done well in this market. Let us also not forget, that free apps monetized by mobile advertising – make developers alot of money as well. As stated above, many people desire to be active in this space and make goo-gobs of money. However, reality is a bitch and many would-be developers never reach these glorious heights of success. This doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t give it a go, because opportunity hides in many crevices within this profession. So drop a pair and jump in. You just never know.
