Here’s a little short batch of tips to help you marketers looking to connect more with your customers. When you communicate and market your brand, make it a point to reach your audiences through different sensory experiences as well as varied marketing vehicles:

Write a Press Release, post it up on your blog, an add a podcast recording.
Build the buzz on Facebook and Twitter and your site for a contest
Send out an email newsletter (Yes, you better be building that list)
Offer referral incentives to existing customers
Join network groups (such as forums and social groups of your customers)
Host a webinar on a topic of interest to your customers
Write and publish a new book
Leave a value driven message on your voicemail
Attend a trade show
Post a video on Youtube and your website

There a ton of ways to connect with new customers, and honestly marketing and advertising never end. Get creative and get more business!
